As a kid i always was obsessed with scale models packagings from the japanese brand Tamiya. Don’t know why but i loved the illustrations specially on the military models boxes. I really wanted to make a tribute to that slice of life and to my dad who instigated that meeting...
Thanks dad...
When i began these designs, i quickly remembered those dozen of little tins of paint my dad had, it needed to be present on the board. I decided to reproduce a Tamiya classic tin of paint and then to remix it with the Imperivm’s touch. It will be the basis of the base design.
After that i needed to find two iconic war engine... It stands to reason that i have made my choice pretty quickly concerning the Curtiss P-40 with the famous “shark mouth” on its nose.
Thanks dad...
